Is an account necessary for placing an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:

· Save your shipping details
· View your order history
How do I create an account?
Click on the "Account" icon at the top of our website and select "Sign Up". Enter your name, email address, and password to create your account.
What if I forget my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. We will send you a link to reset your password.
How can I update my shipping or billing address?

How do I place an order?
1. Browse our products
2. Add desired items to the shopping cart
3. Click the cart icon and proceed to checkout
4. Fill in shipping and payment details
5. Confirm your order
What if I don't receive a Sales Order Summary?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven't received it within 30 minutes, contact us at usman.habib32@gmail.com with your name and order details.
What if I find a discrepancy in my order?

Does adding an item to the cart reserve it?
No. Items are only reserved once your complete checkout and receive an Order ID.
How will I know you received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with your Order ID shortly after placing your order.

Can I add items or change an existing order?
Changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us immediately at +92-300-5194347. Once an order is processed or shipped, modifications are not possible.
Do you take orders by phone or WhatsApp?
Yes, you can contact us at +92-300-5194347 or +92-323-6323231 for order inquiries. However, for your security, we recommend placing orders directly through our website.
How will I know the status of my order?

What are the conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
· Available for orders within Pakistan
· Valid phone number and complete address required
· Orders above a certain amount may require advance payment at our discretion
Is COD available internationally?
No. COD is only available for deliveries within Pakistan. International customers must pay via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Can the billing address be different from the shipping address?
Yes. During checkout, you can provide a separate billing address and shipping address.
How do I redeem a gift card or discount code?
Enter the code into the "Gift card or discount code" field at checkout and click "Apply".
How can I be informed when an out-of-stock item returns?
Click the "Notify Me" button on the product page, enter your email address, and we will inform you when the item is back in stock.
Can I pay COD with a cheque?
No. Payment must be made in cash to the courier agent.
Will I get a refund if I cancel or return my order?
Yes, refunds are processed according to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Please refer to that page for detailed information.
How do I use a coupon?
Enter your coupon code in the "Gift card or discount code" field at checkout and click "Apply". The discount will be reflected in your order total. Coupons cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary based on your location and order weight. Exact charges will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.
Does the product price include shipping charges?
No. Shipping charges are not included unless stated during a promotion. They are added separately at checkout.
How do I check delivery status?

How many delivery attempts are made?
The courier will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Can I change my address after an order is processed?

Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Exchange Policy. Products must be:
· Unused and unwashed
· With original tags and packaging
Are there additional charges for exchange?
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a defect or error from our side.
How long does the exchange process take?
Once we receive your returned item, the exchange process typically takes 5–7 business days for processing and shipping the replacement.
